Hazel Quinn: You can play by ear? You ratbag! I'm so jealous! I've only recently started doing that and I'm useless....you must be naturally gifted.

tracy: I can play afe wthings by ear. Can't read music. Used to play guitar in college, but too hard with my hands now. Piano is so soothing to me!

Hazel Quinn: Tracy, so glad you're learning the piano! SO mnay people say to me "I wish I'd learned" and I tell them to just start!! But that's bloody awful about your poor friend. I'm so sorry.See you again soon...

tracy: I hope you are ok after your scooter fall. That scares me terribly as a close friend of mine passed away when she was trapped under her powerchair. She was only 40. Wow am i the happy tidings girl! It was devastating to me. Now on to better things. Love the piano, actually trying to learn to play.

Liberace's Ghost

Well, as it's Halloween week it's time for a post on the Ghost of Liberace. If you believe what you read it seems his ghost keeps popping up everywhere. The 70's group 'Sparks' has even written a song 'The Ghost of Liberace'

One place he's said to haunt is the restaurant he once owned: Carluccio's Tivoli Gardens in Vegas. There are shadows, moving wine bottles and ladies toilet doors that lock and unlock themselves.

Michael Jackson is said to be in contact with Liberace's spirit...Hazel's note: when they are communing you can tell which is which by their complexion - Liberace's is darker.

When alive Liberace claimed to have healing powers himself and was saved from death by a mysterious nun who appeared at his bedside and said St Anthony was helping him.
